How To Pay
Once you have completed the online registration form you can confirm your registration and make your payment in three ways:By Cheque
This option will create a form which you can print and post, together with your cheque, to the conference office.
Cheques should be made payable to: The University of Strathclyde
By Bank Transfer
The University of Strathclyde will send an invoice to your chosen address with their bank details to enable you or your employer to make a bank transfer.
By Credit Card
You can complete your credit card details in a secure area of this site. All information is transferred via SSL. The card will be charged manually by the university off line (this may take several days).
Please Note there is a charge for payments by credit card:
Visa/Mastercard 1.2%
Amex 3.30%
Diners Club 2.95%
No charge is made for debit cards.
REGISTRATION
The registration fee includes the Welcome Reception, Conference dinner, lunches and refreshments during the 2 day Conference. It does not include accommodation. These registration rates are only available until 15 July 2008. After this the registration fee will increase by £30 to £120 and £90 respectively. Please tick the appropriate boxes below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made before 15 August will incur a charge of 20%
Cancellations made after 15 August – no refunds will be made but a replacement can be made.
LIABILTY AND INSURANCE
SCAR Group, University of Strathclyde, the organisers of this conference will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their property during this event. Participants are advised to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.
